Seeking for life’s wisdom through fragrant tea
这是我第一次来到云南普洱
This is my first time to Yunnan
在这里我找到了古老普洱茶文化的发源地
and found the source of ancient puer tea culture here
美丽神秘的古茶山--景迈.忙景
the splendid and mysterious ancient tea mountains--Mang Jing. Jing Mai
英国诗人库伯说上帝创造了乡村，人类创造了城市
"God made the country, and man made the town". William Cowper said
这座寨子看起来是那么古老，历经沧桑
This village looks so old, been through ages
这里的时间保持着上帝创造它时的形态
There still keeps its original shape
它记载着岁月与光阴
Remembers its age and time
也许，关于茶的故事就在这里诞生
Perhaps it is the place where tea story was born
第一篇章 文明的奇迹
Chapter I Miracle of Civilization
这是景迈忙景的一户布朗人家
This is a common BuLang family in MangJing, Jing Mai
我在这里听到了茶的古老传说
I’ve heard of the most ancient story about tea
1370年前，布朗族的祖先濮人经过长期迁徙
The ancestor of Bu Lang People had leaded his people been to many places 1370 years ago
最终决定在植被茂密地理位置独天独厚的景迈山定居下来
Finally decided to settle down here in Jing Mai mountain which has unique and excellent environment
布朗王子艾冷则和傣族的七公主联姻
Later the price Ai Leng married the seventh princess of Dai people
种下第一株茶树
Planted the first tea tree together
至此，他们的子孙开始了延续千年，大规模种茶，寻茶，食茶，制茶的历史
Began their thousand years history of planting, seeking, eating and making tea
“我要是给你们留下牛马，怕遇到灾难死掉；
“ I wanted to leave you cattle and horses, worried they would die;
要是给你们留下金银财宝，也怕你们吃光用光；
Or leave you treasure, worried that you would use it out;
只给你们留下茶树，让子孙后代取不完用不尽。”
Only leave you tree teas that you would take use of them forever.”

北纬二十一度 绿色呼吸
Chapter II Green Breath along North Latitude 21 Degree
听说景迈忙景的茶是会呼吸的茶
I’ve heard about that Mang Jing tea able to breath
当地美丽的布朗族姑娘带我进入森林
One Bu Lang girl brought me into forest
我亲眼看见了这些经历千年沧桑，天之不凡的古茶树
I have seen those ancient tea trees who been through thousands of years of ages
景迈忙景海拔约1000米至1700米
The altitude ranges from 1000 meters to 1700 meters in Mang Jing
年平均气温18-20摄氏度
With average temperature of 18 - 20 cent-degree
终年云雾缭绕，就似仙境
Those mountains are surrounded by clouds whole year, just like fairyland
独天独厚的地理环境使之成为了云南大叶普洱茶最佳的原料产地
This unique environment has resulted Mang Jiang the best area for puerh tea.
生长在密林深处的茶树有别于普通台地茶
Those tea trees in deep mountain are totally different from cultivated tea trees
他们终日与各种动植物相依相伴
Accompanied by many wild animals and plants
呼吸着阳光雨露和来自其他生物的气息
Breath sunshine, rain and air of other beings
阴阳相契的环境使之凝垫出一种特别滋味
All those factors bring those tea special taste and aroma
这就是难以名状的景迈乡
This is beautiful Jing Mai County which hardly described by words
在蓝天、大地、植被和水的拥抱中
In the embrace of blue sky, earth, plants and water,
我听到了来自大地深处的声音
I heard the deep voice of nature
这北回归线最后一缕丰饶的绿色
This last green along the Tropic of Cancer
庇护者子孙们在宁静中繁衍生息
Protecting their children and grand-children in peace
第三篇章 景迈之子
Chapter III Son of Jing Mai
和茶与僧侣的和谐一样
Just like the harmony between tea and monks,
习惯在坝子居住的傣族令人惊讶的在大自然的深处创造了大叶茶的绚烂篇章
Dai people, who were used to live at plain places, have explored the new ear of tea in demoted mountains unexpectedly
世世代代古朴、纯粹的生活方式让他们与星月、土地相生相依
Generations of them have pure simple life, accompanied by moon, stars and nature
这里充满记忆
Here is full of memory
这里充满纯真
Here has enough innocence
这里充满热情
Here never lack of enthusiasm
他们是独一无二的
There is no one else like them
第四篇章 生生不息
Chapter IV Flourishing
今天的景迈忙景继承这古老茶文化
Today Jing Mai has inherited this ancient tea culture
茶的智慧深入每一个景迈忙景人的生活
The wise of tea has lived in each Mang Jing people deeply
万亩古茶园在虔诚的茶农们辛勤耕作下变得更加丰茂
Those thousands hectares of ancient tea parks grows flourishingly under local’s protection and decent caring
沁人心脾的景迈乡也渐渐的飘出了山外边
Pleasant smell of Jing Mai has spread out far far away
喝茶是一种古老的中国智慧
Drinking tea is one of Chinese ancient wises
品味的不仅仅是茶
We do not just taste tea
更是自己的内心
But also evaluate our inner heart
